We have different shipping methods depending on your location. Refer to out shipping zones for more information about locations.
Free delivery is applicable within Nairobi only. This option is available if the value of your order is above KES.10,000.
Free delivery takes 2-3 hours if you require same day delivery. If the delivery date for your package is on a future date, delivery will be done in the morning hours, before noon.
All flowers and gifts for Nairobi County delivery can be delivered on the same day. After completing your order and making full payments, your order will be delivered within 2 to 3 hours. Incase of any delays due to unavoidable circumstances, we assure you that the delivery will be made before end of day and you will be notified by our team.
All flowers and gifts meant for same day delivery in Nairobi should be ordered by 4:00 pm. Any orders made after 4:00 pm will be delivered on the next day.
We are open on weekends from 8:00am to 4:00pm. All orders scheduled for weekend delivery will be delivered between 9:00am and 4:00pm.
On peak days such as major Holidays on the calendar, we are not able to specify the delivery timelines. However, you can be assured that your flowers and gifts will be delivered on the specified delivery date.
Please note that all personalised items will be delivered on the next day as our team requires a working day for personalised items. All orders for personalised items should be made by 4:00pm so that your order can be processed for next day delivery.
We deliver to areas within Nairobi such as Kileleshwa, Lavington, Karen, Runda, BuruBuru, Riverside, Westlands, Roysambu, Muthaiga, Loresho, Kilimani, Imara Daima, Upperhill, Ngong Road, Mombasa Road, Thika Road and more!
Standard Nairobi Wide shipping costs Ksh.300.
If you want your fresh flowers, chocolates and other gifts delivered promptly, choose the expedited delivery option, Nairobi's fastest delivery method. With the expedited option, your order will be delivered within 1 hour after completing your order. It costs Ksh. 1,000 and is available for Nairobi delivery only.
The expedited option is also applicable if you would like your order to be delivered at a particular time eg. at 2pm
Please note that personalised items cannot be expedited since we need a working day to personalise items. However, other items such as homeware, flowers, jewelry and stationery among other things can be expedited.
All flowers and gifts scheduled for delivery within Nairobi Metropolitan will be delivered on the same day or any other date selected.

All deliveries to be done within Nairobi Environs will be done in the afternoon hours. We are not able to give a specific delivery timeline but we assure you your order will be delivered by end of day.
Nairobi Environs costs Ksh.500
If you would like your order to be delivered urgently, you can pay for the expedited option costing KES.1,000. Your package will be delivered within 2-3 hours after placing your order and completing payment.
NB: All orders to be delivered within Nairobi environs on the same day must be completed by 2pm. If you prefer the expedited option to be delivered within 2-3 hours, the order must be completed by 3pm.
All flowers and gifts scheduled for delivery outside Nairobi will be delivered on the next day via Fargo Courier. Please note that there are certain flower arrangements, all perishable items, e.g cakes, and fragile products, cannot be delivered outside Nairobi. When placing an order via our website, please read the description box to find out whether the item is available for delivery outside Nairobi.
To ensure you receive your flowers and gifts on the next day, please place your order by 4:00pm. Our team will email you a tracking number on the morning of the delivery date so that you can follow up with Fargo Courier on the delivery status of your items if you wish to do so.
Please note that Fargo Courier deliver items only to locations that are within a 10km radius from town.
In the event that the address is outside their delivery radius, or incase the package is not delivered at the stated address, the recipient will have to collect the parcel from the Fargo Courier offices.
Fargo Courier do not have a specific delivery timeline. However, there might be delays and deliveries may take an extra day to be delivered, between 9am and 4pm on weekdays and 9am to 12pm on Saturdays.
Delivery via Fargo is not applicable for Sunday deliveries
The cost for this shipping method is KSh.500.
When you ship orders outside Kenya via DHL Express, delivery should take three to 14 working days. DHL will offer a tracking ID, that can be applied on their website Please note Purpink Gifts LTD is not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their shipping countries. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
To determine your shipping charges to the preferred address, engage our team to get the exact weight of the gift, and based on that, we will share an estimate based on the current DHL charges.
The charges can range from KSH1500 onwards, and does not cover import taxes or customs.
Please note that all perishable items, fresh flowers are not applicable for DHL shipping due to delays that may occur during customs clearing. All other items, including personalised, homeware, fashion, bath & body, gadgets are applicable.

For deliveries outside Nairobi that are not clear, the Fargo Courier team will not be able to deliver. The recipient will be required to pick the items from their offices in the town the item is meant to be delivered to.
