Whereas this is hugely challenging for small businesses like us, our staff is tirelessly working to deliver.

We can’t thank you enough for your support right now. Not only are you helping us stay alive with your online orders but with every gift you buy from us, you support several other small businesses at the same time.

We’re a brand built on thoughtfulness. The well-being of your loved ones is always our priority. We've taken a few extra steps to ensure that we keep them super safe:

Our Warehouse and Gift Studio
All our staff are sanitising upon entry, exit and at hourly intervals and have been provided with additional hygiene products to use at all time.

All ‘high touch’ point surfaces are being sanitised thoroughly and regularly for the safety of our colleagues and customers.

Orders & Delivery
Deliveries within Nairobi will be made between 8am and 4pm on weekdays and 10am to 4pm on weekends.

Our drivers and riders are sanitising before coming into contact with your gifts as well as making sure our processing tables are well sanitized.

To minimise contact, our riders are working on contactless deliveries for all flowers, hampers and foods deliveries.

Your recipient will not have to sign for their delivery, our riders will do this on their behalf.

Our delivery bikes and all other ‘high touch’ point surfaces are being sanitised regularly.

When placing an order, please ensure that all details for the address are accurate as we rely on this information to deliver the package. However, if an issue arises regarding delivery of your order, our team will update you immediately.
