I’ve been a loyal customer of Purpink for over 7 years, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
I purchased a bouquet of sunflowers, and they wilted completely within just two days. This is unacceptable for flowers that are supposed to be fresh and of premium quality. What made the situation worse is that other flowers from a different bouquet, kept in the exact same environment and vase conditions, were still perfectly fine — clearly showing that the issue was with the quality of the sunflowers provided by Purpink.
When I reached out to them, instead of taking responsibility or offering a replacement, they blamed how the flowers were stored. They suggested trimming stems and adjusting water levels, essentially shifting the blame to the customer rather than addressing the obvious quality issue. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially for a long-standing customer.
Fresh sunflowers should last at least 5–7 days with normal care, not collapse within 48 hours.
I’ve attached photos showing the flowers when received and how quickly they deteriorated. The difference speaks for itself.
Very disappointing experience. Based on this, I cannot confidently recommend Purpink anymore. Customer loyalty and quality assurance clearly do not matter to them as much as they should.
Card wasn’t filled with the message we sent. It thus was a blank card. Such an embarrassment.
The roses were not fresh and the packaging was not beautiful.The ribbon was torn. She was just dissapointed

When I found this company, I wasn't sure. I must say that I'm more than impressed with Purpink, right from the start of my order. The service was 5 star, response was courteous and I felt extremely valued as a customer. My delivery and communication was executed to perfection. My spouse was flattered by the fresh beautiful flowers, the wrapping, decoration, the package and instructions on how to take care of the flowers was excellent. You can tell that someone took their time to give the best service. I'm looking forward to my future orders. Keep it up Purpink and even better. Thank you very much!

The service was too notch. At first I was scared to have paid before delivery but with the confirmation emails send often and the calls made on the delivery day, I slowly became calm and waited patiently until my gift was delivered on time.
