Having previously bought specifically photo-customized (amazing!) cushions from Purpink, I have to unfortunately admit that I don’t appreciate the printing quality on this cushion.
The photo quality is poor and the colors aren’t true - they indeed cannot be perfect, but I’ve had better work done from yourselves before.
Packaging this time was also a no from me.

As an outsider (Europe) with family and friends in Nairobi, I find this bouquet in particular (for my wife) to be the option I go for time and time again. The delivery is something to be trusted. It just works.
I got the Swarowski crystals, as i know this stands for quality to my girfriend, when i look at them and compare it to other Swarowski crystals i bought in the past its a cheap knockoff the box is were it came in is with not holes for the earrings and no way presented anywere nice not like in the picture in the advertisement. it turned out that the Crystals not are genuine and real, as they dont hold a certificate or is not Laser etched Swan logo on the crystal, i reached out to Purpink and im still awaiting a proper answer, but it troubles me that the biggest gift supplier in Kenya supplies cheap knock off and dont accept it, Secondly they tried to force a delivery on my girlfriend 4 days to early, even i had a written confirmtion on the changed date, i had to take over the phone from my gf and explicitly tell the rude guy to stop trying to push us in recieving the anniversary gift on the wrong day, finally he got it right, all in all a horrible experience
I've purchased many candles from this brand and have always been happy until this one. Unfortunately, it falls short in almost every way for the price. The wick is too short, which means the flame stays weak and never gets going properly. The wax only melts in a small pool directly around the wick, leaving a thick ring of unburned wax along the edges, a frustrating waste of a candle you've already paid for. The scent is also underwhelming. Even in a small room, it barely registers.
For comparison, I bought a different candle at the exact same price point from another brand and it was everything this one should have been strong throw, even burn, great value. This one just doesn't deliver. Not worth the price, and I wouldn't repurchase.
