Ordering Gifts and Flowers from Purpink is Easy.

Our website is designed in a simple way to make it easy for you to navigate and to find the products you need. Follow the instructions below and you will be one step closer to getting your favorite items delivered to your doorstep. 

1. Identify What You Require

We have created a variety of categories to make it easy for you to find what you need. They include FlowersGifts for Him, Gifts for Her, Personalized GiftsBirthdayHampersOccasion (there are several occasions under this category such as SympathyWeddingBaby Shower) Baby and KidsCategory (here, you will find several other sub-categories such as Jewelry, ChocolatesWines and Whiskeys among others). 

You can also type what you would like from the Search Box located at the top of the website, be specific about what you want e.g. white roses, red flower bouquet, flowers and chocolate etc. 

2. Selection and Preferences

When you find what you are looking for, click on the image of the product and you will be directed to the item’s page which has more information. Select the delivery date on the calendar located at the right side of the page.  

Below the calendar, you can choose to add more items such as flowers, chocolates, a card, a teddy bear and the type of ribbon you would like. Click on the item you want to add, then click on the Add button below the item. After including all the items you require, click on the Add to Cart button located below the calendar. 

After adding your items to cart, specify the quantity of the items you would want. You will notice that the quantity box has set as the default. You can increase it if you need more of the specified product. Include a card message on the box right below your order. However, this is optional hence you can choose to leave it blank. When you are done, proceed to Check Out or Continue Shopping. The options are located right below the box where you can add your card message. 

If you have finished shopping, click on the Check Out button and you will be taken to the Contact Information page. Enter your email address at the top. If you want to be updated on new arrivals and offers we have, click on the box Keep me up to date on news and exclusive offers. 

Enter the shipping address details required. The shipping address is the address of the person receiving the gift. Please include all the information and be specific to make it easier for our riders to easily find the location. Include the name of the apartment, estate or road and the house number.  

If you have a discount code, you can include it on the right side of the page then click Apply. The discount will then be applied to your order. Click on Continue to shipping method to proceed. 

4. Shipping Method

After submitting the shipping information, you will be directed to the Shipping Method page. Choose the method you would prefer. You have the option of picking your flowers or other items from our offices or having them delivered to your doorstep. Once you have chosen a shipping method, click on the button Continue to Payment Method 

5. Payment method and Billing Address

We accept payments from Airtel Money, MPesa, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Cooperative Bank. Our site is 100% secure so you can be assured the information you enter on our site will be safe and protected. 

If you choose to pay via Card, Airtel Money or Co-op bank, you need to choose the PesaPal option. You will then be directed to the payment page after clicking on the Complete Order button located at the bottom of the page.  

If you are paying via Mpesa, choose the MPesa option then you will be given instructions on how to pay and the till number to use.  

After entering the payment method, enter the billing address details. The billing address is the address of the person paying for the order. If it is the same as the shipping address, you do not need to enter the details again. Click on Same as shipping address then proceed to the Complete Order button.  

6. Confirmation and Receipt

After you have made the payment and completed the order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. The email also contains the order number which you can use to track your order. 

7. Delivery 

Purpink Gifts has a team of professional delivery personnel within Nairobi as well as all other towns across Kenya. Rest assured your delivery will be professionally handled and in case of any issues (missed deliveries or lack of accurate details) our logistics personnel will call you to confirm these details.
