Step 1: Find What You’re Looking For

If you already know what you’re after? Just pop it into the search bar at the top of the page - try “white roses,” “chocolate hamper,” or “birthday gifts' and you’ll find it in seconds.

Step 2: Choose & Personalise Your Gift

Pick Your Favourite Product
Click on the gift that catches your eye whether it’s a bouquet, a hamper, or something personalised just for them.

Add Personal Touches
If it’s a personalised gift, simply type in your message or name, and pick a font if available. You’ll see a live preview/mockup of how it will look.

No preview option? Don’t worry! Our customer service team is always happy to share one with you online. Once everything looks perfect and you are done shopping, click “Add to Cart” and get ready for the next step.

Step 3: Pick Your Delivery Date & Time

Use the calendar to choose the perfect day for your gift to arrive.

If a date is greyed out or blocked, it means we have availability hiccups. Simply select an alternative date or switch to a different product.

Choose a Time slot
We offer three delivery windows spread across the day to ensure your gift arrives at the right time. Simply choose the option that works best for you.
Step 5: Shipping & Payment

Enter Your Details
Type in your email and your recipient postal address, apartment, estate, road, & house number so we can easily find them. If the buyers address is the same as the shipping address, just click Same as Shipping Address & move to the next step

Choose Your Delivery
Pick a shipping option that works for you. Standard and Expedited delivery are available within Nairobi County while next day delivery is available for other counties in Kenya.

Payment Made Easy
Select Credit Card via Paystack or MPesa, and follow the instructions. Our site is 100% secure.

Step 6: Confirmation & Receipt

Once your payment is complete and your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. This email includes your order number, which you can use to track your gift.

Don’t see a confirmation email? No worries! Just reach out to our customer care team, and we’ll make sure your order is processed and delivered on time.

Step 7: Delivery

Purpink Gifts has a team of professional delivery personnel across Nairobi and all other towns in Kenya. You can rest easy knowing your gift will be handled with care.
