Our website is designed in a simple way to make it easy for you to navigate and to find the products you need. Follow the instructions below and you will be one step closer to getting your favorite items delivered to your doorstep.
1. Identify What You Require
We have created a variety of categories to make it easy for you to find what you need. They include Flowers, Gifts for Him, Gifts for Her, Personalized Gifts, Hampers, Occasion (there are several occasions under this category such as Sympathy, Wedding, Baby Shower) Baby and Kids, Category (here, you will find several other sub-categories such as Jewelry, Chocolates, Wines and Whiskeys among others).
You can also type what you would like from the Search Box located at the top of the website, be specific about what you want e.g. white roses, red flower bouquet, flowers and chocolate etc.
2. Selection and Preferences
- Click on the product you would like and select the delivery date on the calendar located at the right side of the page.
- Click on the Add to Cart button located below the calendar.
- If you need more than 1 item, adjust the quantity before selecting the Add to Cart button
- Include a card message or special instructions on the box right below your order (optional)
- Click on Checkout if you are done shopping or Continue Shoppingif you would like to add more products to your order
3. Shipping Details
- Enter your email address at the top. If you want to be updated on new arrivals and offers we have, check the box Keep me up to date on news and exclusive offers.
- Enter the recipient's details and use the code 254 as the postal code. Include the name of the apartment, estate or road and the house number.
- If you have a discount code, include it on the right side of the page then click Apply. The discount will then be applied to your order.
- Click on Continue to shippingto proceed.
3. Shipping Method
- Choose the shipping method suitable for your location.
NB: Standard Nairobiwide shipping and Expedited shipping cover areas within Nairobi county only.
- Once you have chosen a shipping method, click on the button Continue to Payment Method.
4. Payment method and Billing Address
We accept payments viaMPesa and Credit Card (currencies permitted include USD, KES, GBP and EUR). Our site is 100% secure so you can be assured the information you enter on our site will be safe and protected.
- If you choose to pay via Card, choose the Flutterwave option. You will then be directed to the payment page after clicking on the Complete Order button located at the bottom of the page.
- If you are paying via Mpesa, choose the 2nd option, MPesa. A drop down menu will appear with instructions on how to pay
- Enter the billing address. If it is the same as the shipping address, you do not need to enter the details again. Click on Same as shipping address then proceed to the Complete Order button.
5. Confirmation and Receipt
After you have made the payment and completed the order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. The email also contains the order number which you can use to track your order.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible to enable us to process and deliver your order on time.
