I would suggest that the box would be smaller. I felt like the items would fit better in a smaller box, so they wouldn't move around a lot.

Great service at Purpink Lavington branch. They honored their mistake and quickly arranged to correct it and send the order to the intended venue at their cost. Really appreciated the professionalism and customer care.
For call-in or online orders, it would also help to send an image of the finished product for approval before sending it over.
