For non-perishable items (like mugs, accessories, and décor), returns are accepted within 7 days as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Perishable goods (like flowers and food hampers) are not eligible for returns but are fully covered by our Happiness Guarantee.

How to Care for Your Flowers

To keep your flowers looking fresh and beautiful for as long as possible:

Trim the stems — Cut 2–3 cm off the bottom at a 45° angle as soon as they arrive.
Use a clean vase — Fill with cool, fresh water. Change the water every 2 days.
Remove lower leaves — Strip any leaves that sit below the waterline to prevent bacteria.
Keep them cool — Place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and ripening fruit.
Mist lightly — A light spray of water on the petals each morning keeps them hydrated.
Feed them — Use the flower food sachet included in your delivery for longer life.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Find a Vase: Clean your vase and fill it with fresh clean water. Be sure to mix in the flower food included in your order.

2. Unpack your roses: carefully and gently unpack your flowers from the wrap, ready for styling.

3. Remove Leaves & Trim Stems: Remove extra leaves at the bottom of each stem. Give the stems a fresh clean cut at a 45* angle.

4. Style your flowers: Put the flowers in the vase, style and rearrange them until you're happy with the way the bouquet looks.

5. Keep them Cool: Watch as your flowers bloom. Remember to keep them away from direct sunlight. Change the water every two days.
