1. Discover and Order
Browse over our listed experiences, Add your selected gift to the cart, proceed through our secure checkout, and receive a confirmation email with all your order details.
2. Gift Receipt & Confirmation
An order confirmation email is sent to the buyer with the details of their order. This entails when the order was placed, shipping address of the physical voucher and buyer's billing information.
A physical voucher is then delivered to the recipient on the time slot confirmed by the buyer on the checkout process.
3. Easy Booking
The voucher comes with Purpink's contact information that the recipient could reach out for booking information/ redeem the voucher.
We then confirm availability of a slot with the vendor and then revert back to you with confirmation or rescheduling.
Most experiences are valid for 12 months from purchase, and must be booked and taken within this time. Some of our time-limited deals may have shorter validity periods.
