Beautiful mugs and excellent service

We ordered these mugs as thank you presents for our wedding and were thrilled with the product. Although our order was a complex one--customizing photos and messages for multiple people--Purpink produced the mugs quickly and delivered them wrapped beautifully and with individual name tags just days a couple days after we placed our order. Staff members were always on hand to respond to our queries and provided updates throughout the process. We would definitely recommend this product and Purpink generally!

Great gifting service

I recently bought a mug from Purpink and loved it and so did the person receiving it. The delivery guy was on time and got the address right. the personnel I corresponded with were helpful and patient. However, the wrapping paper is really not impressive. And the designs to print on the mugs are limiting as they are not editable and one has to pick what's there. Otherwise, i loved the overall experience and will use purpink again for sure. Also have recommended to a few of my friends.
