Cake deliveries can only be done in specific towns in Kenya where we can guarantee freshly baked options.
All gifts with a cake delivery incur a Kes 700 delivery fee.

Returns & Happiness Guarantee

We want every gift to bring joy. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund — no fuss.

For non-perishable items (like mugs, accessories, and décor), returns are accepted within 7 days as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Perishable goods (like flowers and food hampers) are not eligible for returns but are fully covered by our Happiness Guarantee.
