The bouquet was tiny and the roses were less. Maybe they forgot or confused an order but it was tiny

Lovely Flowers

The positive is that the bouquet that was delivered was fresh and lovely - the recipient loved it.
The negative is that the pink roses that are displayed for the Zahara bouquet weren't available on the date of delivery and had to be replaced with red roses. That being said, the rep was very apologetic about the inconvenience.

The flowers i got were almost dead! I had to send them back,very poor quality, even the packaging does not match the picture or description, i would not recommend!
I give 3 stars because of customer service only. They were very fast sorting my issue and they send a new bouquet within few hours(but even this one didn't meet the description at all)!

This is the second time I ordered a floral bouquet & gift for my dear ones.
The flowers were gorgeous but what pleased me most was the delivery service. Unfortunately there was a confusion on the delivery address due to the details I provided. I was contacted via WhatsApp & purpink promptly re-delivered the gift within a short time once I let them know the correct details. Best gift shop with delivery service in Kenya for sure!
The team is really attentive. They will make sure everything comes perfectly. I ordered from abroad to a friend living in Nairobi. The flowers were so beautiful. They didn’t have the white gypso and they made sure to send an email so they could get my opinion about the substitute. Please check your email during the planned delivery time if you can. They might not have something and they will need your approval.

The flowers by all account were very fragrant and looked very lovely. However what let your side down was the speed of the delivery, I had expected them to arrive on Monday, not Tuesday . You customer service had been contacted but none followed up. So for that reason I only give a 3.5 stars.
