What is the cut-off time?
Order before mid-afternoon for same-day delivery within Nairobi. During peak seasons such as Valentine's and Mother's Day, cut-offs move earlier and slots fill fast, so morning orders are safest. Orders placed after the cut-off are delivered the next day, and you can select any future date at checkout for planned occasions.
How the delivery process works
- Order online: choose your flowers or gift and add a card message at checkout.
- Add recipient details: name, phone number and delivery area. An exact address helps, but a phone number is the essential part.
- We prepare and dispatch: flowers are arranged fresh on the day of delivery, not the night before.
- We coordinate with the recipient: our rider calls to confirm location and availability. If you have asked for a surprise, we keep the sender's name out of it until the handover.

Is same-day delivery more expensive?
