Delivery

• Nairobi: Same-day delivery (order by 4pm). Standard 2–3 hrs — KSh 350, or Express Handling — KSh 1,000.

• Rest of Kenya: Next-day via Fargo Courier — KSh 650.

We want every gift to bring joy. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund — no fuss.

For non-perishable items (like mugs, accessories, and décor), returns are accepted within 7 days as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Perishable goods (like flowers and food hampers) are not eligible for returns but are fully covered by our Happiness Guarantee.
