Its the third time i have ordered and your services are good except for the delivery. The items that I ordered were left with the security instead of asking for the person in the house to get them I also like to view all items that I purchase before shipment including the inside part of the cards. This was not done on all the three deliveries despite my specific request kindly improve on that.

The delivery services need to improve especially for outside Nairobi areas. The package was perfect. But the chocolate was delivered melted i dont know why. The flowers were great.

Good Service, but surprise ruined

5 stars for the product and delivery services. But downgraded to 4 stars because Purpink also include the receipt with all the items detailed (whether your package is a wrapped gift or not). PLEASE at least put the receipt in an envelope clearly marked as containing details of the items.
